Great experience! I have seen a lot of trainers out there who seem like they are just waiting for the time to pass. Where as she puts in the time and effort to see that you improve! Steph is a fantastic trainer! I work shift work as a nurse. Shift work makes regular sleep, and food habits a struggle. Steph has been a key motivating factor on making time for myself, and healthy lifestyle choices. She is the perfect combination of tough, and warm. She knows when to push, and when to encourage.
