FAQ’S

What does the the first session/consult consist of?

You will show up to the studio for your one hour FREE consult with your workout clothes in hand. I will get you to fill out the consult sheet where we will discuss goals, past activity, health status, and injuries (new and old). Once the consult sheet is filled out we will go through some basic movement patterns to see if you have any posture/muscular imbalances.

How long are the workout sessions? 

I offer 30 minutes sessions and 1 hour sessions.

Where is the gym located?

SCM Athletic Therapy or in home training.

Can you help even if I have old injuries?

 During the free consultation we will go over your medical history and any limitations or injuries you have or have had. I can work with you one on one or with a medical professional to develop  a plan. 

Do you offer online plans?

Yes I do. This also requires a free consult to determine your goals and type of program you want to implement.

Do you do boot-camps?

Yes. Several times over the year I do Sunday boot-camps for six weeks at a time.

Can you do goal specific training?

Yes. This can be discussed during the consultation.

How frequently should I see a trainer?

The ideal frequency of personal training sessions varies from person to person. Each clients goals and plan will determine the number of sessions. 

How long will it take to see results?

This will vary per client and what the purpose of your training. Some people see results quickly others may take longer. There is no specific timeline.

Do I have to do sessions alone or can I bring a friend to sign up with me?

Yes you can sign a friend up with you. I can do up to four people per one hour session.(Please see pricing list for details)
