Hi! My name is Steph.

I am a certified Personal Training Specialist who has been in the industry for 8 years now! I have been told that I started running before I could walk which is where I like to think my fitness journey began. In elementary school I started sprinting in track and continued to do so competitively until my first year of university. Through those years of training I dabbled in some weight training but my love for the gym only took off once I started using it for stress management during university. Since then I have participated in and coached the importance of functional training, hypertrophy training, powerlifting, long distance running, yoga and more importantly learned about how crucial, proper nutrition is in our overall wellness.

I worked for a studio gym for 3 years before choosing to start my own business in 2016. It’s been an absolute blessing to work in this industry and to work with the people I do. Whether you’re someone who wants to lose weight, gain weight/muscle, gain strength, improve mobility, improve cardiovascular health , need a change in your workout routine or just improve your overall health and nutrition.
